Junior Seminar
Preparing
for Beyond

Junior Seminar meets every Tuesday and Thursday in Lassiter Theatre from
7:30-8:20AM.
After successful completion of the Junior Seminar students earn .50 advanced
credit each semester.
All Academy Juniors will earn advanced Arts and Humanities credit through the
Junior Seminar course during the 2007-2008 school year. After the
successful completion of the Arts and Humanities component each student will
earn .25 advanced credit for each semester.
Fall semester seminar activities revolve around college admission testing
preparation, including practice ACT, SAT, and PSAT examinations.
Spring semester seminar activities are focused on identifying and refining a
senior academic mentoring project.
