Bill Kite
DIRECTOR OF BANDS AT HENRY CLAY HIGH SCHOOL
Mr. Bill Kite returns to Henry Clay from Beaumont Middle School, where he was Associate Director of Bands last year. Before that, he was Director of Jazz Studies and Associate Director of Bands at Henry Clay for four years, Associate Director of Bands at Morton MS (same four years), and Director of the Jazz Ensemble and Associate Director of Bands for two years at Meade County High School. Mr. Kite graduated from UK in 2001 with a Bachelor of Music in Music Education. He studied trombone at UK, performing with many ensembles, and continues to perform with his instrument in local bands and ensembles. Mr. Kite is a native of Marshfield, Massachusetts, and is married to April Kite, an Assistant Director of Bands at Beaumont MS and Director of Bands at James Lane Allen, Garden Springs, Clays Mill and Deep Springs Elementary Schools. The Kites have two children, Will, 2 years old, and Ella, five months old. Welcome Back Mr. Kite!

Jeffrey Bayerle
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF BANDS AT HENRY CLAY HIGH SCHOOL
Associate Director of HC Bands…Mr. Jeff Bayerle comes to Henry Clay from Leestown Middle School, where he was Director of Bands for three years. He received his Bachelor of Music in Music Education from UK in 2006, where he performed in numerous UK ensembles. He was also a Senior Assistant for the UK Bands and named an Honor Bandsman. Mr. Bayerle is currently pursuing a Master’s in Music Education at MSU. He is a former Henry Clay HS and Morton MS graduate. Mr. Bayerle lives in Dry Ridge, KY with his wife, Sarah, and their two dogs, Sadie and Remi. Welcome (and welcome back to HCHS) Mr. Bayerle!
